Media and recordings
Selected media, camera frames, audio, and recordings are processed to provide recording and editing features. They remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Device permissions
ZynkCam requests camera, microphone, screen-recording, and photo-library permissions only when a feature requires them. You can review or change these permissions in your device settings.
Saving and sharing
Videos are added to your photo library only when you choose to save them or enable automatic saving. Sharing uses the destination and account you select.
Advertising and analytics
Google advertising services may process device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location, and interaction data under their own policies and your consent choices. Where required, ZynkCam asks for permission before personalized advertising or tracking.
Support communications
When you email our support team, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, device details, and description of the issue. We use it only to respond and improve the app.
Data retention and security
On-device recordings remain until you delete them. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
ZynkCam is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
Your choices and rights
You may revoke device permissions, reset advertising choices, delete local recordings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support information, subject to applicable law.
